Haha, thanks! I made this in Clip Studio, but you can do this in any animation program that supports frame by frame. It mostly depends on what you're trying to capture in your animation. For example, I wanted to use some squash and stretch here, even if it isn't too noticeable. Some important footnotes are to map out the most important parts of your animation first and then draw the movements between those movements. I drew Doraemon looking away from the camera, then looking towards the camera, and then him doing his "peace sign" pose. From there, I redrew those original frames to make the "blobby" sort of movement. Then I animated the in-between frames. I made sure to not hold too long on the in-between frames so that the smears aren't too noticeable. I don't know how to explain it well but Alen Becker has a really good tutorial on how to do this!
