Seems traced. And there is again more logos than actual art. Try to ease up on it more in your future drawings, as it just ends up cluttering it and making it look quite... jumbled.

It's... ok, I guess? There's a lot of color fill in for most of the drawing, and there seems to be more trademarks than actual art. This is a pretty consistent problem with most of your art, and I always find the trademarks quite irrelevant since your Ethan Cross Media trademark isn't actually trademarked. I recommend trying more complex designs for your drawings as a whole.
So yeah. Not horrible, but not the best either.

I agree that there are areas to improve it like the eyebrows, cover the blue at the upper-middle top of the sleeve, fewer rough lines & less black outlines but aside from that I like it too.
Also remember that this was a Digital tracing of a Pencil and paper tracing of that image against the screen.
