But old arts shows progress thou, but if you feel like this is the right decision, go right ahead I would love to see what arts you post moving forward!

i wouldn’t do that personally, old and art is still art, shows your progress n all

I'm sure many others will go on about how deleting your old art isn't a good idea~ and please be open to their ides, BUT keep one thing in mind.

You will always improve as an artist. You will always see your old works as "shitty". Right now, you want to clear out your old art to provide a better catalog, but if you continue with this mentality, you'll be doing the same thing 2 years down the line.

You will not have all your art of a consistent good quality, because your art will always get better, and your old art will eventually be "shitty" relatively.

Please try and change your mentality about this. You won't be satisfied if you keep viewing your old works as shitty and deleting them. You have to learn to accept all of your art, even the ones made in the past by a less skilled you, because in 2 years, the person reading this will be "a less skilled you".

If it makes you feel any better, if you truly believe that you've improved a lot over the past 2 years, then others will also recognize how impressive it is. Having good art is cool, but being able to show that you're constantly improving is honestly more impressive. If you delete all your old works, people won't be able to see that you're growing as an artist, and it could end up hurting you, since people won't know if they can look forward to seeing you grow.

I never deleted my old art, bcoz that's shows a progression and how you improved, and also remember how you struggle to draw when your first art came in
